When a model is a minor at the time of signing, a parent or guardian must sign instead of the model, and the parent’s contact information should be listed as the model contact info.
Once a child turns 18 (or the legal age of adulthood in your location), a parent can no longer sign the release for their child. A model who is 18 or older at the time of signing should sign their own model release, even if they were a child when the content was created.
