What if my model release doesn't have an address, phone number, or email?

An address, email, and phone number are all required on a model release when available. 

Even if your model is uncomfortable sharing their contact info, it's still required. It may help to let your model know that Stocksy doesn't use models' contact info unless we need to contact them for reasons related to your assets. We don't add models to mailing lists, and contacting them is rare. We never share their information with customers or third parties. If clients require a copy of the release, we send it in a redacted form. 

If your model doesn't have a personal address, email, or phone number, use any contact information where the model can receive mail or a phone call (e.g. a shelter, local post office, family residence, etc.). If there is no possible address, fill out as much of the release as possible, including the city, state/territory, and country information. Take a photo of the model holding the completed release and attach it to the release before submission.
