Suggestions & feature requests
When you have a suggestion or feature request, please post it in Tech Corner in the forums.
When you are looking for a casual chat, you can use sitemail to contact a staff member. However, when it is work-related or urgent, please contact Support. We add all work-related messages to Support anyway, so you'll be saving us an extra step.
We all love mingling with you on social media and messaging platforms like Whatsapp; however, discussing work-related topics through these websites isn't the way to go. Contact Support for anything work-related.
Sending multiple messages to all of the above channels might seem the quickest way to get the team's attention, but it is counterproductive. Multiple people might be working on the answer simultaneously while they could have used this time to handle other pending projects.
You can also use this email for other sensitive or private matters.
