You have a question, a suggestion, found a bug, or are looking to chat with the Stocksy team. Great, now what?
Knowledge Base
Find out if your question has already been asked and answered by searching through the Knowledge Base.
Support
The fastest way to get your question into the right hands is to contact Support. You can do this by emailing support@stocksy.com or submitting a ticket on the Support page.
We constantly monitor incoming tickets, and we will forwarded to the right person or department.
Reporting bugs
If you run into an issue with the website, please contact Support with the following:
- What is not functioning as intended?
- What is the URL of the page you were on?
- How can we recreate this issue?
- What browser and operating system are you using? (whatismybrowser.com)
- Do you have any screenshots or screen recordings?
Suggestions & requests
When you have a suggestion or feature request, please post it in Tech Corner in the forums.
Sitemail
When you are looking for a casual chat, you can use sitemail to contact a staff member. However, when it is work-related or urgent, please contact Support. We add all work-related messages to Support anyway, so you'll be saving us an extra step.
Off-site messaging
We all love mingling with you on social media and messaging platforms like Whatsapp; however, discussing work-related topics through these websites isn’t the way to go. Contact Support for anything work-related.
Multiple messages
Sending multiple messages to all of the above channels might seem like the quickest way to get the Editor Team's attention, but it is counterproductive. Multiple people might be working on the answer simultaneously while they could have used this time to handle other pending projects.
Community Guidelines
If you have a complaint about something you feel goes against our Community Guidelines, please follow the process under "Reporting Process" and email legal@stocksy.com.
You can also use this email for other sensitive or private matters.
Hopefully, this will help you find the right channel for your questions. If you're still not sure: when in doubt, contact Support!
