What is a series?

A series is where you group photos and videos taken of the same subject at the same time or illustrations and animations that you intended to be part of the same series. These will appear as thumbnails on the asset details page below an asset.

Keeping your collection organized will help potential clients find similar content quickly and allow the editor team to assign and review your content as soon as possible.

• Different content types from the same series should be together (e.g., photo and video).
• You can only add content to one series (but unlimited galleries).
• For maximum client visibility, add assets to a series, even if there are only 2 of them.
• Clients do not see series names, so you can name them using any format that helps you stay organized.
• To help our editors, add content to a series before sending it to the queue, and don't move them around later. 

You can access Image Manager's series and galleries section by clicking the "Manage Collection" button at the top left corner.
