Submission Checklist

Here are the steps you need to complete before your content is ready to be published in the collection:

✔️ Create great, exclusive content

Our Creative Briefs are an excellent place to start if you're looking for inspiration. 

Read our exclusivity policy. 

✔️ Asset selection

Remove unusable options (due to technical or legal issues) and select files with meaningful differences from one another. If you have trouble with this step, reach out to our Editors for help, or try doing a preselect. 

✔️ Post-processing

• Logo removal
• Retouching
• Color & exposure correction
• Creative edits

✔️ Offline Metadata (Photo)

We recommend entering titles, descriptions, and keywords right in your editing software. Metadata will be imported when you upload your photos and illustrations to Stocksy. (Metadata importing is not yet available for video.)

✔️ Export

Save or export your files from your software of choice at the highest possible quality. Don't upsize or strip your metadata.

✔️ Upload

Click the big green button in Image Manager to select the files on your computer, or drag and drop right into Image Manager.
