Does Stocksy have annual general meetings (AGMs) ?

Yes we do. Stocksy’s AGM takes place each year in the spring. Because Stocksy members are located across 80+ countries worldwide, Stocksy’s AGM is entirely online and can be viewed either live or any time after as a recording.

Member attendance is not mandatory, but highly encouraged.

3. MEETINGS OF MEMBERS

3.2 Annual general meetings

1. General meetings must be held at least once every calendar year within 4 months after the end of Stocksy’s financial year.

2. General meetings must be conducted at the time and place in British Columbia that the directors specify or, in accordance with the Act, outside British Columbia.

3. Meetings may be held and attended electronically.

4. Only members and those non-members invited by the board or CEO to join the meeting may attend.
