Stocksy is governed by its Memorandum of Association, its Rules, and all member agreements.
The Memorandum sets out the base structure of the co-op and acts as the incorporation document for the Co-op.
The Rules define the obligations of each Stakeholder Class and member and enable the Co-op to operate and share profits. Rules are equivalent to Bylaws, but the title of the document is directed by the province in which the Co-op is incorporated. To see Stocksy's Co-op Rules visit stocksy.com/legal.
Stocksy United operates within the guidelines and legislation set forth by the Province of British Columbia Cooperative Association Act and Regulation.
