We get it. Life happens, and you may need to leave the cooperative and close your contributor account. Requesting a voluntary account closure is the easiest way to do this, and it ensures you have the opportunity to rejoin in the future should you choose to do so.
Before requesting a closure, please ensure your payment details are up to date on your account. Once your closure request has been processed, you are unable to access your account to update.
Requesting an account closure
Simply email support@stocksy.com to request a voluntary account closure and the team will process your request.
You'll receive a confirmation email once your account has been closed.
What does an account closure entail?
- Your portfolio and work are no longer visible or available for licensing and your name is removed from our Contributor directory.
- We have refunded your Class C Share and will include this in your final payment
- Any remaining royalties will be paid to you within 60 days.
- If processed as a voluntary account closure, you can apply for a new account through our CTA when the timing works better for you.
Account closures are handled in accordance with Stocksy's Rules.
