Can I change my handle/portfolio URL?

If you would like to change your handle/portfolio URL you will need to contact support.

Before you make this request it is good to keep in mind what changing your handle/portfolio URL means:

• clients using https://www.stocksy.com/youroldhandle after it has been changed will automatically be forwarded to your new portfolio URL
• clients using any of the direct links to the showcase, series, galleries, etc. that include your old handle in the link (e.g https://www.stocksy.com/youroldhandle/showcase or https://www.stocksy.com/youroldhandle/series/12345) will be redirected to the main page of your portfolio
• Google and other search engines can take some time to catch up with indexing your links
• Any direct asset link will still work as usual as these do not rely on your user handle

We have not seen any negative impact from people updating their portfolio URLs but wanted to make sure that you can make an informed decision.
