A sendback occurs when our team reviews your uploaded content and identifies something that requires adjustment before we can accept it.
You'll get a message explaining what needs to be changed. Some common reasons for sendbacks are:
- Missing or incorrect model/property releases
- Potential legal issue we need to investigate
- Technical problems (like focus, lighting, or editing)
- Metadata issues (like wrong keywords or title)
- Needing a tighter selection in a series
To find out what you need to do, read the editor's feedback in your "Daily Report" email, or view your "Sent Back" assets in Image Manager and click "View Feedback" (the speech bubble icon) in the top right.
You can fix the problems and then resubmit the files. We'll review them again after you make the changes.
Sendbacks are not rejections. They just mean: "Please fix this and try again."
