Where can I find my annual statement for tax purposes?

If you are an accepted, logged-in contributor, you can find your yearly and monthly statements by heading into your "Contributor Reports".

At the bottom of this page, you will see "Your Statements" and you can either click on a year or on a month to open the statement over that period.

Note that if the selected period is ongoing the report will show "WARNING: This Period is Not Complete and therefore SUBJECT TO CHANGE".
