Whether you are looking to find your annual statement for tax purposes or if you are curious about your month's performance broken down in a list, viewing the monthly and yearly statements will give you this insight.
You can find your yearly and monthly statements by heading into your "Contributor Reports" and scrolling to the bottom of this page.
Here is a breakdown of the items you'll find on the statement.
"WARNING: This Period is Not Complete and therefore SUBJECT TO CHANGE."
This warning will show up when you are looking at a currently active period (i.e., the current month or the current year) to clarify that the numbers on this statement might change before the period is complete.
Royalty Earnings - any royalties that you have earned during the statement period. It shows the date, product, and amount.
Reversed Royalty Earnings - all refunds that happened during the statement month.
Royalty Payouts - if you had a payment during the month of the statement, it will show up here. You'll see on which date, which service has been used, and how much it was.
Co-op Share Purchases - this only happens once. After your first sale, you automatically purchase your one share in Stocksy valued at $1
Co-op Patronage Distribution - when Stocksy has had a surplus and you received patronage, the amount received is displayed here. This includes the amount of taxes that have been withheld. Read more about these taxes: Do I have to pay taxes on my Stocksy patronage?
Total Change at End of Period - this is the sum of all transactions that happened in the statement month. When this number is negative, it could mean that you have had a higher payout than the royalties that came in or that you had more refunded than you earned. If the number is in the plus, you have earned more than any payouts and refunds that happened that month.
