Can I submit content that I've sold elsewhere?

Yes, you can submit content that was previously uploaded to another agency or that has already been licensed, as long as it meets our requirements. 

You can submit content if:

• It is no longer available for licensing anywhere else
• You still own the copyright
• There are no active rights-managed or exclusive licenses (e.g., a 2-year Market Freeze)
• It has never been available as a free download

You cannot submit content if:

• It is still available for someone to license through another agency
• You have given away or sold the copyright
• It is under an active rights-managed or exclusive license
• It was ever offered as a free download (e.g. Unsplash, Pexels)
