Can I submit my Stocksy work to contests?

Whether or not a photography or filmmaking contest is a violation of our exclusivity agreement depends on the terms of the contest.

If the contest terms ensure you retain ownership of the content and there is no grant of license or right to sublicense, it’s likely ok to enter. If the contest terms grant any exclusive rights, allow for sublicensing of digital files, or limit the ongoing use of the content, they are likely problematic.
