- Log profiles should be left untouched and set to their default settings
- We do NOT accept the following for our ungraded product offering:
- D-Log from the original Mavic Pro
- iPhone ungraded (even if shot with an app like Filmic Pro)
- DSLR footage that was not shot with LOG (i.e. cine 4, Magic Lantern)
- GoPro flat tune
- Hybrid Log-Gamma (HLG) profiles
- Export in a .mov container with a ProRes 422HQ codec
- PC Users: Adobe Premiere supports exporting Apple ProRes. In Export Settings, set your format to Quicktime and choose ProRes 422HQ from the preset options
- PC Users who don’t have Adobe Premiere: You can use Cruncher to transcode to ProRes
- For film scans, ask for a flat scan with a bit rate of 8 or higher
Mobile video
- Shoot at the highest resolution possible
- 23.976 or 25fps is preferred if available on your device
- Lock settings so the exposure and white balance don’t change as you film
