Yes, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase. Please contact support@stocksy.com with your receipt and asset number(s) so that we may assist you further. Market Freeze licenses, Sensitive Use licenses and Raw image files are non-refundable.
Please note that in the event of a price change, we are unable to offer refunds or price adjustments on previous purchases. Updated pricing applies only to new licenses going forward, and earlier licenses are not eligible for a refund.
