Currently we cannot offer exchanges, but we can offer a refund within 30 days of purchase. Please email support@stocksy.com with your receipt/invoice number along with the asset number(s) you'd like refunded. You can then place a new order with the asset(s) you intended to purchase. Market Freeze licenses are non-refundable.
