That said, while models and locations are not exclusive to one member, it's essential to approach these situations with respect and creativity.
If you're working with a model or location already appearing in the collection, consider how to tell a different story through wardrobe, lighting, roles, styling, or the overall narrative. Avoid closely replicating someone else's series—that kind of redundancy dilutes the uniqueness of both portfolios.
Stocksy values originality, and our team reviews submissions with an eye on keeping the collection fresh and diverse. While overlap can be expected, submitting content that too closely mimics another member's work could raise concerns about duplication or plagiarism.
