Support
The fastest way to get your question into the right hands is to contact Support. You can do this by emailing support@stocksy.com or submitting a ticket on the Support page.
We constantly monitor incoming tickets, and we will forward them to the right person or department.
Please note: Stocksy staff and contractors may have access to your messages if necessary in the normal course of Stocksy's business. You can read more in our Privacy Policy.
Reporting bugs
If you run into an issue with the website, please contact Support with the following:
- What is the URL of the page you were on?
- What is not functioning as intended?
- How can we recreate this issue?
- What browser and operating system are you using? (whatismybrowser.com)
- Do you have any screenshots or screen recordings?
Site suggestions & feature requests
One of our Co-op's strengths is its potential to leverage our collective minds. If you have thought of something that could improve the contributor experience, a feature request is where to start.
1. Where to request a feature
First, search in the forums to see if another member has already requested the feature. If yes, add your voice to the existing thread. If not, share your idea in the forums Tech Corner by creating a new thread with a descriptive title.
2. How to request a feature
Features are prioritized based on cost and impact, so it's vital that you help us understand the ask and the impact.
- Describe the feature you are requesting
- Explain the impact this would have on the workflow
- Let us know who you think this would benefit
Sitemail
Sitemail is a great way to casually connect with your fellow co-op members within the Stocksy platform. It’s also a great way to share some love with your fellow artists. Please keep in mind, Sitemail is primarily a social messaging tool, and we ask that all members connect with our team via Support for any business or work-related matters so that we can have a reference ticket and loop in the right people to assist.
Off-site messaging
We all love mingling with you on social media and messaging platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Whatsapp; however, discussing work-related topics through these websites isn't the way to go. Staff may only discuss Stocksy-related business through approved communication channels. Please contact Support for anything work-related, and we’ll make sure it gets to the right place.
Multiple messages
Sending multiple messages to all of the above channels might seem the quickest way to get the team's attention, but it can actually delay our response. Managing multiple communication channels at once requires team resources and collaboration, which can greatly impact our small team’s ability to make progress in other work. Support is regularly monitored and is always the best way to connect with our team.
Community Guidelines
Stocksy United is guided by the belief that content, and those who create it, make a vital contribution to our world. We stand for creative integrity, empathy, collaboration, inclusivity, and the opportunity for prosperity that this community deserves. To foster these principles, we strive for a culture of constructive collaboration and mutual respect for all of our members—contributors, staff, and advisors alike.
The Community Guidelines are a means to help us navigate how we put these values into practice and will apply to all Stocksy community members and elements, including the forums, support tickets, meetups, direct messages, or any other communications within the co-op, or while representing the brand outside of Stocksy.
If you have experienced something you feel violates our Community Guidelines, please follow the steps under "Reporting Process" and email legal@stocksy.com.
You can also use this email for other sensitive or private matters.
Hopefully, this helps you find the right channel for your questions. If you're still not sure: when in doubt, contact Support!
