How do I move content from another agency to Stocksy?

You can submit content from another agency to Stocksy with a few exceptions (see Can I submit content that I've sold elsewhere?). 

Here are a few considerations: 

Content Fit

We suggest making sure we'll accept your content in the Stocksy collection before you remove it for sale elsewhere. You can do a Preselect to see what we'll take. Please leave a note for the editors to let us know that you're looking to move the content from another agency.

Legal Requirements

Keep in mind that not all agencies have the same requirements for model and property releases. Stocksy may not accept the same content as other agencies due to legal risk. Make sure your content meets our legal requirements, and reach out to Support if you're unsure.

Removal Period

You must remove your content from all other agencies and partners before we can add it to your Stocksy portfolio. Some agencies may remove your content immediately, while others might take weeks, months, or even years to release your work. If you're not sure, reach out to the other agency and check.
