How do I move content from another agency to Stocksy?

You can move content from another agency to Stocksy, with a few exceptions (see 'Can I submit content that I've sold elsewhere?'). 

Here are a few considerations: 

Content Fit

Before you remove your work from another agency, we recommend checking to see if it's a good fit for the Stocksy collection. You can submit it as a Preselect first, and  leave a note for the editors letting us know you're planning to move the content from another platform.

Legal Requirements

Even if another agency accepted your content, it may not meet Stocksy's legal standards. Ensure your releases are complete and meet our legal requirements. If you're unsure, feel free to contact Support before uploading.

Removal Period

You must fully remove your content from all other agencies and their partners before it can go live on Stocksy. Removal times vary. Some platforms process removals immediately, while others may take weeks, months, or even years. If you're unsure about the timeline, we recommend checking directly with the other agency.
