How do I make sure my content is appearing in search filters?

Our search offers several filter options to help clients narrow down their searches. If you don't enter the required information when uploading, your assets will not appear when clients use search facets.

Detected Automatically (no additional work on your end):

• Photo or Video
• Video Quality
• Orientation (tall or wide or square or panorama)
• # of people (calculated from the # of model releases attached)
• Color
• Copy Space
• Camera Type (photo only)

These options require you to enter information into your models' profiles: 

• Gender
• Ethnicity
• Age (requires the model’s birth date and the asset creation date)

These options require you to enter information in Image Manager:

• Location
  • Select the country you were in when you created the content in the "Territory" dropdown
• Shot Details
  • Automatically selects "Digital," "Mobile," or "Film" accurately in most cases, but double-check
  • Mixed Media, Illustration, Composite, and Polaroid must be selected manually  
• Distance (photo)
  
  • Select the distance from the main subject in the "Distance" section
• Camera Type (video)
  
  • Enter the camera model you used to create your video
